FPT – Fluid Power Technology designs and manufactures products and equipment for the bolting sector including a wide range of pumps for operating hydraulic torque wrenches, with electric and pneumatic motors suitable for all customer bolting needs. The pumps can be made in three versions: compact, standard and high flow. In the compact version, they are equipped with a 5 or 10 liter tank and have a single phase or air powered electric motor. And they can be equipped with various accessories like the Q block for the use of 4 hydraulic torque wrenches at the same time, the heat exchanger – cooler or the automatic cycle. The level indicators allow the operator to monitor the oil; the transport cage ensures greater protection and ease of transport. They are the ideal pumps for maximum maneuverability and portability. In the standard version they are suitable for more heavy-duty uses and can be completely customized. While in the high flow version they are the ideal solution for intensive operations where it is necessary to have maximum speed during tightening operations. Compact, high pressure hydraulic power packs, large, high flow rate for use with multiple hydraulic torque wrenches at the same time and many other possible configurations.

FPT is also specialized in the production of special and custom made control units made to customer specifications, with different motors, in the 110 v or three phase version, with dedicated functionalities and hydraulic circuits. Tanks and colors can also be made to specification. The system also includes twin high pressure hoses, couplings and all the elements for connection to the hydraulic wrenches to be used. A team of technicians is at the complete disposal of our customers to provide assistance on the FPT hydraulic equipment. FPT provides technical assistance for the start-up and the first installation, on-site training and on-site maintenance of tensioning equipment and torque wrenches applications.
